		<description>What are you doing posting your goals?  You never do that, or then people expect you to do the stuff you said.  If you never say or write anything about having goals, no one can hold you to them.  Then when you do something good that's just a lucky accident, you can say it was  your goal all along and people respect you for sticking to something.  But if you don't do it, no one's the wiser.  So much to learn, Josh.</description>
